It is composed in such a way that the wood is facing upwards, which causes the fibers to close after their orientation after cutting, which in turn makes the board more durable and more hygienic. Maintenance: We recommend regular mineral oils (suitable for food contact) to maintain the durability of the board and the beauty of the wood. The mixture also performs well Linseed oil and beeswax.
